This issue's Pokémon of the month is Wigglytuff. Enjoy! Feel free to make a suggestion for the next Pokémon for issue #3.

Evolution: It's first stage is Igglybuff, which evolves into Jigglypuff via happiness from it's trainer. Using a moon stone on Jigglypuff gives you Wigglytuff!

Height:
3'03"
Weight: 26.5 lbs

Gender Ratio: 25% male, 75% female
Egg Group: Fairy

Type: Normal
Species: Balloon Pokémon
EV Yield: 3 HP

MOVES
You might want to consider having a flying or fighting type move on Wigglytuff in case you come accross a fighting type Pokémon (her one weakness) Giga Impact or Hyper Beam (depending on if you raise Sp.Atk or Atk) would be nice to have since you get a same type attack bonus on top of an already high base power.

Wish - works nicely for recovering other Pokémon, as well as Wigglytuff.

Protect - can help you stall and recover some HP if you're using leftovers.

Sing/Thunderwave - Both of these moves combined would be nice for limiting your opponents attack opportunities. If you consider the cute charm ability as well, you might save yourself quite a few turns of not being attacked!

NATURES // EV
Wigglytuff has a nice base HP so you want to make sure you put all the EVs you can there. Her Attack and Sp.Attack stat are tied, so it's up to you which one you want to focus on. If you wanted to focus on just Physical Attacks, you could go with an adamant nature. If you want to focus on Special attacks, try a modest nature instead. Putting some EVs in speed might be beneficial as well, but it's up to you.
